You can pay via PayPal for your order and your payment will be safeguarded. Moreover, you can also look up for real life pictures from our gallery or Facebook page. So we are legit and safe to use.

A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.

A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

A: Yes, you can always contact us to change your order information before it will be shipped. Please email us your order number at service@simple-dress.com. We will get back to you within 24hrs, business days.

A: After receiving your item, please have a careful check of your parcel. If there is something wrong with your product or you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Care Team (aftersale@simple-dress.com) within 3 days to initiate the returning process.

A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses.
